Every time I try to use civil litigation: same roadblock. CAN’T SUE MR. BIG! ✋ Qualified immunity for dirty cops. Absolute immunity for prosecutors & POTUS.

I’d be able to sue Truth Social instead of just His Immune Highness if this passes. i.e. Substack could be sued whenever its Nazi content-creators incite injurious behavior.
