3/Don't get me wrong the democratization of media is critical. More voices being heard can be, and is, a net good. Yet the absolute white noise of countless would-be Joe Rogan's is a deafening onslaught of mediocrity.

2/Podcasts have gotten frankly out of control. There's as many hosting platforms as there are people in their dusty storage closet with a middle of the road microphone trying to share ideas
