The death of a politician causes a reaction. But, I wonder if the outpouring of support that people show is tried to weather or not they can see themselves as that politician. So if a protected individual can be killed then what safety does The average unknown supporter have.

If you look for things you will find them. Your mind and power push things into your expectations. So look for positive things. I look for signs that I am where I am supposed to be. I find that I am never late unless there is something I was supposed to miss. My trust and power makes it so.

Sickness comes to all. But the focus you train can help it be more manageable.

Be open to inspiration. Your next step is always right in front of you. Your awareness level and openness to new ideas are your only barrier.

I use items to anchor my workings. These things remind me of the intention of the working when I get distracted. The important thing is the reminder not the method.

It can be as simple as a walk with the moon on a clear night. Any moment can be magical if you let it be.

Build your defenses into your morning routine. I have added to putting up my hair a visualisation of putting up a knot to keep me safe. It has caused a notable improvement in my sense of self throughout the day. It helps me with centering all day
