Ive been playing this game for nine years and i JUST realized that the Recompense Officer just checks acheivement data so you can buy the other gender variation of old holiday event gear that was genderlocked on release but got unlocked in the years since, so long as you did it back in the day

Finally figured out where the old lady au ra faces are kept so now im gilfmaxxing with a post-dawntrail deliops that actually looks her age (63 years old)
Her bodys fake at this point though so she alternates between this and a recreation of her younger self.
