I got one yesterday , my spouse made me hot cocoa in it. Twenty minutes later I burned my tongue, oops, better wait. An hour later, I burned my tongue again. Put the lid on it took it to bed, at midnight, burned my tongue again.
This morning he drank my cocoa for breakfast because it was hot still.

When something like this occurs at my house I slip out in the night, and stand on the sidewalk in my bare feet oh for 90 seconds to five mins depending on the weather. Back into bed and those feet go right in the middle of the small of his back.
