If they knew everything then they wouldn't be complaining about not knowing how to do something. To me this says they KNOW what it's like to not know everything and still experience the discomfort of it & the anxiety of possibly not knowing.

There are articles about incorporating shorts and other outfits and still be work appropriate. Also, if your company has a dress code, read what's allowed and what's not.

You can add surgar to the blueberries or you can cook them for a bit to get their natural sugars out. Maybe use oatmeal as a medium to hold all the deliciousness. Oatmeal is bland so it will still need a sweetner for it to taste like anything.
