Definitely document what you can and record anything if possible. It’s not illegal to record someone in public!

You could make an anonymous complaint, have several of your coworkers do the same, and then have a petition made and have them sign if they’re comfortable, with the petition you could have them write about their experiences with her and her complaints.

You should have told her that that’s not very professional and asked who her boss was or whatever and complained because why do women think they can mock and ridicule people young enough to be their children, sometimes grandchildren?
