Knowing Myri will burn up as soon as Enya touches her is something I both love as a narrative element and despise with a shattered heart because I want so badly to just draw them snuggling. But realisticly if they want to be close it needs to be through glass.

Expression practice and some general doodles I love the idea of Enyas flames changing color dependant on what kind of fuel she eats. Like when Myri brings her flowers the pigments in the petals eff3ct her body. Playing with changes in shapes to sell their expressions has been a good time.

A moth drawn to a flame...🔥

Enya and Myri, the flame at the center of a tree housing many colonies of insects, and a guardian moth charged with protecting and caring for her. They share a great love that aches more with each passing day, they grow closer yet could never hold each other due to the promise of Myris incineration. (The story and world as a whole is much more complicated than just that but it's unfortunate waaaaaay to much to put in one post, so I'll give you guys little bits and pieces at a time.
