Aside from a few continuity errors that need fixing, all the backgrounds for ACT I are properly finished.

Here's a very annoying one where I had to detail a fish and chip shop cooking station. Something I never want to do again.

All the fire extinguishers in the Park were seemingly repossessed when Manny Land shut down.

Using old carpets is a personal fave means to render an area inaccessible. They're easy to draw from any angle.

Sometimes when I don't want to draw extra backgrounds I use a funny angle to squeeze them all in to one. Despite this, there's still 200+ of them in ACT I.
