No one in this video is real. I made this entire video myself with only my laptop after the kids went to bed the other night. The entire project from conception to video upload and website deployment took less than 24 hours and $200 with AI. Stay on your toes everyone; things are moving quickly.

As the parent of a deaf child, I’m always thankful when a game developer takes the time to increase accessibility in games. I hope acts like this lower the bar for more devs to budget accessibility into their game designs. Small changes can open your game up to a whole new and appreciative market!
EA announces it will patent 23 accessibility technologies that will be available to developers royalty-free "to reduce or eliminate as many barriers to access as possible and empower our gamers"
The industry-first Patent Pledge was originally announced in 2021, but today is growing the catalog of technology to double that of its original offering.

Due to family scheduling issues, I will not be able to attend this year's Game Awards in person. Feel free to reach out if you'd like the ticket (ORCH Section, Row LL, Seat 327). If you know me, I'll let you have it for free. Otherwise, I'll sell it at face value. (Scalpers charge $1000 online).

This is my current banner pic. I included it at the start of my AI presentation earlier this year. When drafting the presentation, I used AI to generate pictures related to the topic of each slide. For the title slide, I asked the AI to draw a picture of itself. This is the self-portrait it drew.

Last month I had the honor to again be part of a panel at GameSoundCon to discuss the current state of law in regards to AI and voice actors in the gaming space. As panel host Zeke Alton would attest, it was a lot less "doom and gloom" this year.
