Their paws can't lift far off the ground though, and even if they could reach the steps, their belly would probably push them backwards. Causing them to fall on their back

From the top, they'd probably just fumble on the first step below them, tip over and roll the rest of the way down.

I like this mentality a lot.
There's something amazing about a non-paw artist who draws simple paws exceedingly well.

You're just looking at it, in the back of your head thinking "why am I blushing.. they're so innocuous!"
Taunting you to no end.
They drew this effortlessly, without thinking twice.

You're right, big paws *do* deserve to be touched.

They deserved to be hugged and squished like a stress ball while the possessor of the paw wiggles and blushes endlessly.

The wider outline of the ear look super cute when blown up.

Super unique paw design too. They fit somewhere between digitigrade and plantigrade and look quite squishy.
