You really need a better lawyer (maybe one not out of community college) that would advise you how stupid and illegal this is. And useless since it can all be recalled and subpoenaed. Did you...even graduate high school?

Lol...nice try. She can barely afford life and you think she's going to be able to take this a distance? With a case that has no legit merit and will likely just get dismissed? Looking forward to the countersuit and her paying legal fees.
