Yesterday Internet legend ProtonJon came out as Trans. I've been a fan since their Kaizo mario video 17 years ago. One of the main reasons I even made a Youtube account was to follow this guy. He made friends with so many great creators over the years. And if you don't watch him, don't be surprised that the people you watch might watch him. He out-nerd the nerd, out-weebs the weebs and out-completes "The completionist". He married the dream girl and made his community a safe-space effortlessly. Both a role model and an inspiration. As the official transition begins ProtonJon won't be a deadname but more like a stage name. It brings me much joy to greet and welcome the new Claire. The legend just keeps getting more legendary!
