As someone working medical adjacent in Europe, I know there's a lot of great medical research done here. But given what RFK Jr has done to medical research in the US and his dangerous views on vaccination, I have to imagine that was the main factor in choosing locale.

These tests should be focused on relevant questions that are useful to daily life in America, which should then also incorporate questions about their state of residence. "what is the age of consent in your state" should prob be a question every American is forced to answer!
