I lost most of my beard to alopecia, and every year or so I lose a new patch of body hair to it. It’s so strange and chaotic. I think a lot of people don’t consider how much time that chaos takes. Pivoting from a disruption is temporally expensive. But money can buy time so I hope this helps.
