I'm guessing it would be a smaller loan at the higher rate so in effect your rate would be higher than your old rate but lower than your current.

Sounds like you're talking about teachers but we still have teachers graduating. I'd put my money on there are people in the pipeline they just have to get around those currently holding the position and the "it's their turn" crowd.

I think mRNA is such a paradigm shifting technology it will be used elsewhere. It cuts development and deployment time of vaccines plus I think it is cheaper to produce.
