My rabbit OCs as of today (in image order):

On one side of the nightclub, a fennec fox DJ with long blond hair, using the name "Goldstar" and backlit by golden lights, mixes tunes on stage before a crowd of dancing animal people. On the other side of the club, a green bird-of-paradise with long blond hair and a silver beak holds a shot of wine in one hand, and has her arms extended as she tells a story to the bartender. The bartender, a white, chubby lop-eared rabbit with long black dreads, wipes the hard-light countertop as they listen to her. The bird-of-paradise wears a blue jumpsuit with a long neck and shoulder pads, to which is attached a gold cape with a silver feathered trim and two ends tied to her wrists. The bartender wears thick-rimmed glasses and a cyan turtleneck shrug over a cyan sports bra, tight cyan trousers and slip-on sneakers. My art summary for 2025! This year, I had to navigate a new chapter of my life, and in the process, I learned I'm much more capable of classic #PixelArt than I thought I was. I finished off the year by drawing half of an #ANSIArt Advent calendar! See you next year! :3

"A retrospective sampler of art from 2025. See you in 2026!" In January, I went raving, @rachelmae.bsky.social leaped into her Twitch partnership, @flygon.flurret.net became a Shining Force mage and @holenet.info gained a PNGTuber! In February, queer kangaroos laid on the beach and delivered flying knees, I hung out at the bar, and a pleasant vista emerged at Lovebyte 2025 in just 256 characters. In March, warriors readied for practice, queer kangaroos celebrated TDOV, and alien shapes were drawn to protest genAI! In April, Punky Skunk got his day, the Silvamancer struck Revision 2025, and a bunny mage went blasting on Easter! In May, more alien shapes emerged against genAI, and Rabio and Lepus flew through their first stage. In June, Dr. Eniiyi Adebayo declared trans rights are human rights, Sparkster fought Axel Gear in the heart of the Pig Star, and I won @party 2025 with an alien lizard drawn in about an hour on Day One! In July, a raccoon enby artist lounged on a chair they drew, the arcade game Kitten Kaboodle got a day in the limelight, I sent a pic to the Undertale memories event, and I drew a Critter Time forum exclusive of a bunny biting my head. In August, I gifted @pangolinfox.bsky.social some techwear, won and lost compos with a BBS splash screen and a speed paint, unleashed Handsome Bubsy in the wake of Bubsy 4D, released my ref sheet, and drew @necrotext.bsky.social with her wife! In September, I drew hi-res EGA pixel art of an Umbreon in a cloak livestreamed one of a transmasc skunk! In October, I drew one CGA protogen, livestreamed another, and then drew a cute enby cat on my phone! In November, I emerged with powerful pride art and then drew half of @mistfunk.bsky.social's Advent25. In December, I did a hi-res pixelart sequel to one piece in Advent25, plus a redraw of the original, with a transfem lynx and her doll-sized GNC squirrel boyfriend remembering when they met on Christmas morning!

Here's the #timelapse, including the #ANSIArt original! Assembling this took effort because the squirrel was sketched in Pixquare (with its own form of timelapse), the panels were initially drawn separately, and I used reference layers of different PARs!

A nest of snow rabbits are working to build another one of their kind on a slab of rock. One has ripped off part of his own ear and is about to put a snowball inside of the creature; while another is squatted by the legs working to put more snow into the right leg from a pile. Another rabbit stands at the back casting cyan magic to begin the process of bringing the creature to life, with a cyan aura surrounding their head. Several more of these rabbits watch with a mix of surprise, contemplation and admiration. One side of the rock slab happens to be lit in a manner resembling the number 23.
