Yeah, I saw their posts- it’s a lot of yelling into the void without anything helpful. There are so many better ways to have approached this and they picked the worst way.

Oh yeah there was never a chance they were going to listen to you or anyone, unfortunately. Their posts are very scorched earth, and seemingly just want to be angry on the internet not helpful.

Oh for sure, there are so many assumptions going on from said commentator it’s appalling. And instead of providing helpful, respectful context they would rather insult them which helps no one.
