The hood is black with an almost tortoiseshell pattern but the geometry of the hood has also collapsed in on itself, creating a haunting nearly featureless thing over his face. His pants are slightly more normal, a jagged array of red, orange, and black stripes which resemble a poorly made mummy costume for Halloween. But the mummy would be red and orange. Somebody else can come up with a better analogy.
