one of my kids saw me doing my breathing exercises during a heated moment of my shift and he rubbed my back and said “you do a lot of hard things, but I want you to know we appreciate you” 😭😭😭🫶🏼🫶🏼🫶🏼🩵🩷🩷🥹 bro my heart can not handle these children I love them so much
