You’re kidding yourself if you don’t think these AG wont find a favorable forum and a cause of action that survives a motion to dismiss. Whether they follow through remains to be seen.

I hear what you’re saying, but whether private or publicly traded, companies must comply with laws. The issue here is whether the AGs allege a violation of the law, and it’s not clear to me if they have or if this is just saber-rattling.
