Oh it’s you! The person that blocked me without ever talking to me on Twitter 5 years ago???

Well, NOW I AM THE ONE WHO BLOCKS

*and then the other person proceeded to not even realize they had been blocked for their entire life and nothing changed*

I have to wonder what was going through people’s minds as this skinny faggy twink was defending eugenics while talking about sci-fi
January 20, 2026 at 8:35 PM
So I was openly defending eugenics because I thought it meant editing someone’s gens to make them stronger or curing genetic diseases and other sci fi shit, not racism and genocide

Luckily I didnt defend eugenics often, but I still lose sleep about the times I did

Thankfully that didn’t happen, and apparently even if I was bipolar (no evidence so far, it seems to be “just” depression and anxiety) the risk isn’t as high as it is made to be

Anyway, sorry for the ramble

Heheheheh

My main block for starting medication was the fear of becoming manic

I have a very important family history of Schizophrenia and Bipolar Disorder

And there is a high risk of someone with bipolar disorder entering the manic phase when taking antidepressants, I was scared shitless that could be me

But this isn’t a pitch meant to convince you to start taking medication, that’s a choice only you can make

But there is still so many in accurate popular beliefs, I wouldn’t want you to base your decisions on them

The higher the chance of them lasting longer and being more severe, and also other associated illnesses like metabolic syndrome and heart disease

Which is why you see people taking antidepressants for life, not because they’re dependent, but for prevention of future episodes
January 17, 2026 at 8:27 PM
Dependency on antidepressants is a myth, there are a few medications that can indeed cause depression, but none of them are used primarily for treating depression

All depression is episodic! That’s the natural course of recurrent depression disorder. The issue is that the more episodes you have…

Ugh, just changed medications and the past week was one of the worst I’ve had in a long time

All that to say: I know how you feel, weather you’re medicated or not

I hope it will pass soon

If you feel comfortable talking to a stranger about stuff, I’m open to lending my ears and a warm shoulder

I did start taking it on winter, so it didnt start happening until months after I was already taking the medication, so I really had not made the association
January 10, 2026 at 5:05 AM
Yeah, it’s there in the medication directions, I guess I just didn’t pay enough attention
January 10, 2026 at 5:01 AM
Like, it does make some sense, serotonin intoxication will make people excessively sweaty, so a medication that increases serotonin levels doing that to a lesser extent does not surprise too much

But damn I really had never heard about that as a side-effect

Honestly? I practiced a lot with characters I was familiar with. Keth was a good starting point since he had a tiny form and a big muscular form

“Fascism is a thing we do unto others”

Said the proudly “left” wing American

“It’s truly a sign of the end times that fascism is happening to us now”
