The NHS should start charging people for alcohol and drug abuse for over indulging. Should also be charged for non life threatening or stuff that does not require AnE. Should be charged for missed doctors and dentist appointments. That cost could go back into the system.

For years, I’ve been treated as if I were an alien — even though I was born on this planet and born in the UK. Having a different skin colour doesn’t make anyone a foreigner or a visitor from another galaxy.
