This is my leg after a bypass to move a vessel to pump blood, i have Buergers disease, caused by smoking. Eventually the bypass will fail and I will lose my leg, already losing toes.

Got two pairs of jeans, a shirt (Boston sail club or something) a coat and a insulated beanie for £12 and some kind soul gave me a few bucks for food so I got in some supplies.
