Absolutely - canon in Doctor Who has never really existed. Both stories can exist in parallel, both stories will still have happened in my head!

It's been a while since I've relistened to Paradise 5 but I remember really enjoying it. The Lost Stories can be a bit variable but the alternate Season 23 is more good than bad.
