The Committee is concerned about:
- an epidemiological situation 'worryingly similar' to Nov. 2024
- the co-circulation & risk of mutations
- that mpox could become more severe 'resulting from food insecurity & interruption in the delivery of HIV care due to the freeze of aid.'
