Maker of many movies
I stopped stressing over bad reviews and decided to just laugh at them. You can make your best work and someone will still say it ruined their weekend. Learn what you can and keep creating.

A Hard Place was one of those films that reminded me why I do this. Emotional. Messy. Real. Huge thanks to the cast and crew, and to Jo Jo Payne and Carmen Seacrest—first time working with both and they killed it. And yes, that’s me pointing at my script. Now streaming on Tubi and Amazon.

Fourth time working with Rachel Amanda Bryant and I can’t imagine doing a project without her now. She’s fearless, prepared, and down for the cause. If she’s even close to right for your part, cast her. You won’t regret it.

The Apex Predators Club post campaign is live. New perks. Big monsters. No billionaires. Just indie filmmakers and people who still believe stories matter. Grab a perk, share the campaign, and help us finish this beast.

John Charles Dickson in A Hard Place… man, the guy just refuses to blend in. Cast full of killers and he’s still out here stealing scenes like they’re snacks at craft services. Every time he shows up the energy shifts.

Jack Berner is the definition of an actor’s actor. On Apex he was at the gym before 12-hour days, script open, drilling a page-long monologue until he could pick it up word for word from anywhere. Always prepared, always game for new ideas. Total pro.

Also, Elizabeth’s alright too.

King Jeff is the real deal. Nuanced performance, super prepared, legit charisma, and maybe the lowest-maintenance actor I’ve ever worked with. I’ve lived with Stan in my head for years, and in The Apex Predators Club Jeff delivered him fully.

Whew… that’s a wrap on The Apex Predators Club. The most ambitious shoot I’ve ever tackled, and it tested me more than any other. Huge thanks to a cast & crew who gave everything. I’ll never forget this one. Michael Mahal made it possible. I know he’d be proud.

So many cool reviews for A Hard Place. Still waiting for one that says “this movie ruined my life” so I know we really made an impact. Thanks to everyone who watched, reviewed, or told a friend. You keep us going.

Having Felissa Rose in your indie film is like having a secret weapon. Horror fans see her face and stop scrolling. Of course the movie still has to be good… but Felissa makes sure they give it a shot. #IndieFilmLife #FelissaRose #AHardPlaceMovie

Cold weather. Long days. Under manned. Out gunned. Half frozen. The crew on A Hard Place still crushed it and roasted me the whole way. Now streaming on Amazon, Tubi, and The Roku Channel. #IndieFilmLife #AHardPlaceMovie #CrewGoals

Felissa Rose and Al Gomez never even shared a scene in Craving and still managed to steal the whole damn movie. Two heavy hitters. Two unforgettable performances. Go watch it already.

Craving is streaming now.

Behind the scenes on A Hard Place:
Monster’s attacking. Actors are screaming.
And the crew’s just standing there like,
“Cool. Let’s go again.”

Nothing phases indie filmmakers. Not even blood-soaked chaos.

The cast of A Hard Place suited up and ready to go to war with the Guardians.
No spoilers, but this is hands down the most epic sequence I’ve ever directed.
It’s brutal, emotional, and everything I love about filmmaking.
