As I said, "not cheap or practical for most orgs." But as far as the free tier for Cloud, you get what you pay for. It works great for small orgs for a good bit, but the moment you need permissions management, thats the catch. But by then its so ingrained in your workflow its a pain to remove.

Nope, hate filling out TPS reports. But doing the dirty job no one wants to do (Managing Jira and Confluence) has been a good financial move.

Jira isn't cloud only. Jira "Data Center" isn't cheap or practical for most orgs, but it is still a thing. That's not to even get into the feature difference between Jira Cloud and DC, that is a sore subject...but no, you *can* still run Jira locally.

I just listen into the signal our water meter is sending out for the water company. It send it out unencrypted every 5 minutes whether the water company meter reader is out or not, so good news I get regular updates to water usage. Bad news, so does everyone else with the right equipment.
