We didn't get our cards out any too early but we did get the internationals out first and most of our domestic cards made it before Xmas.
Olav is hanging in there. We've been trying to sit outside more but the weather has been dismal (for here, anyway!).

And certain things do need immediate intervention. But...
More than once I've been put on annual pap tests because of a questionable sample. After a few years they tell me I can go back to the usual interval. A few years later the same thing happens. But I'm not particularly scared of that one.

I agree that many "positives" should be a cue to watch but not intervene. I just think a decision to not treat is better than having no idea there's risk.

And this whole thing about how early cancers shouldn't be *detected* rather than saying they shouldn't be treated. Eyes closed, fingers in ears, la la la I can't heeeeear you! Better to know even if the best course is to do nothing.
