As a beginning speed runner Im finding the mental part sometimes challenging but that's also interesting. It's easy to just keep saying "thats slow, "thats bad" in the pursuit for more speed and even though Im genuinely having fun I might be presenting as negative on stream. For me to keep in mind

I just want to take this opportunity to remind people gun violence should never be celebrated even if it's done to someone you don't like or has said dumb crap. We have a major problem in this country and stuff like this is only going to make it worse. This is why my mom worries when I go to events.

Mixed bag in the last 24 hours. Had a couple Spinball streams where I didn't feel I performed well. HOWEVER, I scored 90% in an ITIL4 certification exam for work. I'll take it as a big win!

My first genuinely hard day since taking up speedrunning last week. Which is fine, I always knew it was coming. Still pleased with the progress already made and looking forward to another shot tomorrow!

A few weeks ago I was hosted for dinner by some family friends. They have no idea of my online branding, but I loved the napkins they had!

One of the things about being an Oceanic streamer (aside from all the timezone struggles) is that we have the opposite season from the vast majority we encounter. Everyone's talking about how their summer is too hot, meanwhile I'm over here and I can't wait for Spring!

Sub 30 in Sonic Spinball!! So pleased with this!

Yesterday I decided to discontinue WoW raiding streams

I found that being in raid was making me enjoy the stream less and having the stream on was making me enjoy raiding less

I do enjoy both of these things, it turns out just not at the same time, and that's ok!

Interesting experience with speed running Spinball. Only the second day and improved to a 32:35. Got to the point where I didn't have enough time left for a full run so did some practice. It's amazing how much better I played without the timer running!
