And yeah at this point we are lucky if we even get a no-reply, the amount of jobs I’ve just gotten nothing back from, not even an acknowledgment that my application/email was received 🐟 ugh it’s so tiring…

It’s insane I’ve been hunting for the last 3-4 years and just the other day I got my first personalized email, a rejection, but still one that actively acknowledged works in my portfolio. I was so torn between being happy and sad, coz rejection but it was the first time I felt seen by a studio 😭
