Roasting sounds fun! When I get a bunch of spicy ones I usually pickle them. That also takes out the spice. Pickled radishes are pretty smelly but so delicious.

That’s about when I started mine. I grow them on a heat pad until they germinate then I put them under grow lights. Mine are way smaller than yours. I start them in sterile seed starter mix in my basement. What is your growing medium?

Ha! Good question. So there was one called TIEG and they disbanded last year. My friend at the city library is trying to foster creation of a new garden club called Garden 4 You. I am not sure how that is going. I went to the first meeting which was really nice, but not really club-like.

I think so. They advertised a bunch of natives last year which is what I am currently into. I went on Sunday and they were all out of the natives. But they still had a ton of perennials and they have an indoor plant section. And they give away free veg seeds.
