The most concerning thing is the more errors Meslier makes the more likely it is that he’ll remain our first-choice goalkeeper next season.

Karl Darlow is not a great alternative but if you dont do it you risk losing the respect of your players.

I’m worried that today might be the last straw for Meslier and his teammates. They seem like a good group but I could see them as a collective turning on him (and maybe even the manager).

He knows that theres nothing he can say anymore. He and his players are completely cooked psychologically so denialism is the only option left to him now.

I’m not even surprised to be honest. We already saw that publication’s true colours during the same-sex marriage debate nearly a decade ago. I live for the day that we get to dance on the grave of that dismal excuse for a news outlet.

I’ll always support collectivism in the workplace. I’m interested in knowing what exactly is the problem here though - is it concerns about job security under this potential new owner, or the editorial/political slant of them?
