The LDS Nudist
@theldsnudist.bsky.social
I'm a conservative Mormon (LDS) nudist. I'm religiously, socially, and politically conservative in case you needed to know that for some reason.
A few days ago, I officially set up Garden of Eden Media LLC, which is a media company that caters to Christians and nudists/naturists.

The #NoKings protests in the US are one of the dumbest things I have seen the fascists do so far.

1) The US is a REPUBLIC, we don't have Kings or a Monarch of any kind. We ousted the King in 1776 and created a Republic.
2) If Donald Trump were an authoritarian, you WOULD be dead already.

True, but if nudists/naturists stop going and the recognized nudist/naturist organizations don't recognize them as being nudist/naturist, then the issue will be addressed. There is probably a way to protect nudist/naturist legally, so places and clubs have to be recognized as nudist/naturist first.
I guess that's what already regularly happens. But still, that can't stop them from using the name, they can continue on their own and get promotion through other channels. I've heard of a few places like this in Florida

Public nudism is one way to do that, but another way is for parents and caregivers to stop being so afraid. Parents and caregivers are so afraid of people online that simply promoting an event with a child results in backlash, but remove the child and there no backlash to the promotion.
Thanks ; I understand better.
I read that it's important for teenagers to see other nudity than the nudity of their parents.
This is why, I think that public nudity can be important for children and I am pretty sure that you can find places compatible with your faith.

You expel them from the State, Regional, National, and International naturist/nudist organizations. Each State organization keeps a Black List, which goes to the Regional that collects Black Lists from the States in the Region, passes on to the National, and lastly to the International organization.
This is where it becomes complicated... How can you expel a place from the naturist/nudist community? You could say that they can be kicked out of the national naturist federation, but that won't stop them from using the label and attracting people...

All sexual groups would be banned with their members.

I currently don't have kids, but I'm interested in adopting. I'm not really interested in the public side of nudism; I prefer private nudism due to my faith, so my future kids (if any) would practice private nudism until they are 18 or older.
"If the sexual stuff is dealt with ..."
Agree on that.
But how to know which places have dealt with those questions...
Just being pragmatic : have you ever been with your kids in a "nude/naturist/nudist/..." resort and, if so, on which criteria did you choose it ?
(just a question from a foreigner)

The places that are half Naturist/Nudist and half sexual need to be expelled from the Naturist/Nudist community, and the people need to pick a side. There shouldn't be any very strict anti-sexual behaviour policies at beaches, resorts, or camps, as the non-sexual bit should be clear from the start.
We wouldn't generalise on this though. You're definitely right that some resorts try to play on both sides, most still do have very strict anti-sexual behaviour policies

If the sexual stuff is dealt with, the term the place uses wouldn't matter, as the offenders wouldn't be there, so the offense wouldn't occur
Somehow yes.
However if you want to visit a place or to book somewhere, you want to know in advance what you are going to find. This is why terms are important.

I would think the bigger issue would be the sexual stuff not the terms being used
Just a simple question:
Are children and familiers allowed ? Are sexual public acts or sexual behaviour prohibited. If so, this can be called #naturism.
Otherwise you can call it nudism or public nudity or what ever but, please, don't mix it with naturism.

The problem isn't that many swingers places have adopted the terms naturism and nudism, the problem is that the Naturist and Nudist community allows swingers to identify as naturist and/or nudist.

Naturism and Nudism is suppose to be non-sexual but the community freely allows sexual communities in.
Just to agree with your point, many swingers places also adopt the terms naturism, nudism, and FKK
