had this happen one one of the huge final projects in my capstone courses; they wanted me to use ai to summarize our sources. turns out, since i was the only one to read them, i was the only one who knew how to answer all the questions the prof had after the presentation LOL

I can actually focus, instead of having intervals throughout the day where I can't do anything but stare at the wall. I wish i had been consistent with it sooner, but it is really a life saver.
