Haris understood the risk of an attack on our voting systems. She could have asked for audits. An audit of Clark County, NV might have explained why Democratic votes appear to have been artificially capped at under 45 percent in heavily Democratic precincts

I hope the Alt text added to the screenshots helps. I had to edit to fit the character limit. This is the Daily Snow Report written by the Sugarbush snow reporter, Lucy Welch, on Saturday, March 1. In two parts:

Funny thing: there may be roughly 94K missing Democratic ballots in NV, in Clark County (Las Vegas), enough to swing the state. Voting data is surprisingly informative.

Trump tried to cling to power in 2020, so chaos and caterwauling and finally death ensued. It’s quieter now. But a lot of people are analyzing the publicly available Cast Vote Record in places like Clark County NV. They care about the data and getting it right.

I agree with you. Trying to shut down investigation and encouraging defeatism resemble tactics on X. There is evidence of fraud in this election.

If you’re interested, I would suggest taking a look at Ray Lutz’s analysis of Clark County NV. He’s clear about
his methodology, & straightforward about what he doesn’t know. But he also sees evidence of fraud. He uses the publicly available Cast Vote Record:

I think it’s important to keep looking at the voting data. Democratic votes systematically capped at under 45 per cent in strong Dem precincts looks like manipulation. An attack on D votes in Clark County NV could have lost Dems the state.

Lutz estimates (and he states that this is “a very rough estimate) that as many as 94K D votes may be missing in Clark County: enough for Dems to lose the state of Nevada. He admits what he doesn’t know.

I’m impressed by what can be learned from publicly available voting data. Clark County accounts for about 66 percent of all the votes in Nevada. A mail ballot hack there would not be caught by an audit

That’s interesting, because Ray Lutz is looking at the possibility of a mail ballot hack in Clark County, NV, where as many as 94K Dem votes seem to have gone missing. A Risk-Limiting Audit would not catch that kind of attack.

Ray Lutz on Substack: “It may not be as blatant as destroying ballots. Intimidation and other tactics can have a big impact. But it is remarkable that these tactics don’t seem to affect precincts with low D-party numbers, only those with heavy D representation.”

I think there is evidence. Nevada is interesting because an attack on a D stronghold like Clark County (Las Vegas), accounting for 66 % of the state’s votes, would have changed the outcome. A mail ballot hack would not have been caught by a Risk-Limiting Audit
