Semien is an old school “strong up the middle” (2B SS CF) signing that I like. Polanco is hopefully a start towards more signings.

I think they keep demanding lesser years in all their contracts to create a bridge to the youth. Polanco @ 2 years 20 per is a slight overpay, but creates flexibility.
