He absolutely will need therapy. That said it’s amazing how resilient kids are.

And I think you will see all kinds of people campaign for a moderate if they think they can win.

I don’t think swing voters are further left. They swing between left and right which puts them in the middle. I just know there are far left voters who I can’t trust to understand the stakes in an election and count on them to support democracy. The middle voters are more likely to help.

I’m moving the direction I think will get us out of this. The far left won’t.

I just block them anymore. I still think the best description of them is “terrible risk assessment skills”.

To me it just makes sense. We have to get our democracy back, and the voters who are going to help are in the middle, not on either end of the horseshoe. I would have loved to keep moving more left, but the crazies are too unreliable there.
