#SouthwestAirlines I am happy to report that Southwest Airlines rectified my damaged baggage issue. Apparently, you only have four hours to report damaged luggage. They are honoring my complaint anyway, and so I say hats off to them. what made those punctures on my bag, some wild animal?

#southwestairlines Southwest says they won't reimburse me for the damage to my bag. I don't understand. The bag was whole and undamaged when I packed it in New Orleans. It arrived in Oakland and looks like a wild animal mangled it. Puncture holes, and a damaged zipper.
