Yeah, I don't get the strategy at all. My only explanation is to think that they really really really don't understand what TikTok is and who uses it at all.

This is a great point. Why isn't California mowing the mountains every week?? My HOA gets mad if I don't do that, why should 47 million acres of public land be any different?
