Cars, cars, cars. That Summerhill lot he’s in is small and is behind a super overpriced grocer in a rich area. Meanwhile ppl need to actually be able to walk around the city ffs, here’s how that’s going. But yeah fight for 3 more spots to park Brad. Gtfo.

Three shovelling expeditions today, 2 by hubby 1 by me. Youngest made a slide in the front. Gonna send the kids outside tomorrow bc school is canceled 🫠 Not quite sure how we’re gonna open that back door tomorrow 🙃

And then you have this. Parking spots cleared by a private biz and dumped it all onto…the sidewalk. Across from a school & daycare so parents with kids and strollers can’t use it at all.

For Canadians who are disgusted with ICE. Canadian company Roshel provided ICE with military vehicles. Doug Ford praised the contract. Here is the CEO who immigrated from I$rael in 2016 & was immediately able to start a military supply company. Oh and he was a life long IOF soldier. 🙄

Finished this in a day. One of the most beautiful, powerful books I have ever read. Left me in tears. Run don’t walk to get this incredible book by Cebo Campbell. If you’re Canadian just don’t buy it from Indigo.

These transit priority lanes on Bathurst causing such a backup!!! Oh wait…those are parked cars…oops 😬 For the record the part of Bathurst with the new lanes has resulted in the quickest drive I’ve experienced in years of driving this route. #PrioritizeTransit #TTC

Eek! Apparently we are in Coyote hot spot but I’ve yet to spot one 🤷🏻♀️ Not complaining 😆 this sign still makes me laugh because I just imagine coyotes coming to party. “This spot is soooooo hawt right now”

Dear Brad Brad. Your conflation of perceived safety of your kids and the existence of unhoused ppl in parks, reeks of conservative fear mongering. The people you SHOULD be most concerned about in terms of safety are all those ppl forced to live outside bc our systems have failed to keep them housed

So many people currently using ‘safety of kids’ to justify dehumanizing the homeless and conflating homelessness with addiction. Meanwhile in a local Toys R Us they’re selling your kids Teddy Bears in goddamn body bags. People need to wake the F up to where the real dangers are lurking.
