I can see why Christopher Nolan would want to adapt this, so looks like I'll be judging it as both a movie & as an adaptation

From fighting cyclops, to sailing heavy waves, to dealing with gods yet despite how much this war/quest has drained on him he still kept his goal of returning to his wife and son, I love Odysseus!-
