Just to mention, The book this film was based on had 7 dinosaurs while the film has 4. It does take key points from the book such as the parade scene and the museum goal and there was no villain.

I don't know what that is, It could be from a number of canceled WBFA films from the 90s like, possibly the early Space Jam sequel, The canceld Duck Dodgers movie from the 90s, From a scrapped film based on the book Red Ranger Came Calling or was just meant to be a simple test maybe.

As you can tell, The Iron Giant has a more cartoony design and Hogarth looked different too.
