"User Age" should be a setting inside the phone, that the phone seller or parent can set and lock. No IDs needed (except maybe when phone purchased) and every app can use the same value (no reinventing the wheel).

It will never go perfectly. You'll say or do things that weren't quite right. That might end the dance, so be it. Either way, put it behind you and move forward. Experience, introspection, empathy, and careful listening are the best teachers.

IMO, flirting is a dance. It takes two to tango, as they say. You make an opening move, friendly or bold, your choice. They maybe respond in kind, or they don't. You match your moves to their moves. Either you're both dancing or you're not, you can't force it. Keep it real. Use humor. Stay in sync.
