Major changes from 2023 to 2024:
1. Team chose to go with a hotel room this year. Last year we commuted from SJC every day.
2. Higher tier pass (all access) though heavily discounted due to volunteer work. Last year was the IGS pass.

Special shout out to my team at Gaming Gourd, Sam, Meagan, and Katy, who have grown a lot as humans since our first #GDC last year and really branched out to cover as many talks and meet as many people as we could as a collective. We are certainly looking forward to our next visit to SF!

Major hi-lights of the week: production workshop on Tuesday, where I absorbed knowledge and thought processes of experienced producers; the Hi-Fi Rush talk Wednesday morning giving me a guiding path on my team’s project; and meeting really awesome people at the IGA hang out Thursday evening.
