idk what your gym vibe is but sometimes i like to listen to something like phill niblock touch food when doing cardio.. kind of the opposite of normal gym music but it can be meditative idk how i'd be for resistance training though

apply late january (50 people can apply), math test in march (need 70%+, i don't know precalc lol), if you pass that you have to do an interview with a panel (i think being a trans woman who is almost 30 gives me an edge here), then they take 16 people after the interviews. i hope this works out 🤞🙂
