I'm so disappointed. I spent this whole year trying to get my Amazon music wrap up to list me as this small band's number one listener, but I guess they're so small that they don't even track percentages!

It didn't catch on in a flash, but check out this cake I made for the display table earlier this week.

Pasta babies Penne and Rigatoni.

I love Volrath's curse. I ran a playset it an ancient Energy Field deck because I needed to make sure nothing ever hit my graveyard. It was miserable to play and to play against. 😅
Magic card Energy Field. An enchantment that prevents all damage to you from sources you don't control, but you have to sacrifice it if a card goes to your graveyard from anywhere.

My day job is now decorating cakes, which eats up all of my creative energy. When I had the spoons to draw, I was doing small ink drawings.
Sheet cake design. Three skeletons are dancing with glow sticks. The sky is black, the trees are barren, and there are three headstones that read, "CJ", "Meg", and "Lina." The moon is a disco ball which shines in the scene with glitter and confetti sprinkles. "Raveyard" is written in the corner. Magic card alter for Deathrite Shaman. A hooded figure with skull paint and a faintly glowing dagger stands at an altar carved with green symbols. There are a bundle of twigs, a skull, and a book within the circle and each has a lit candle with tapering smoke. Behind the figure is a sort of dream catcher with a spider's web in it. Rendered in micron pens.

Made some cupcakes for the case and tried to use up some discontinued decorations. These are very funny to me.

Cakes from yesterday. The first two are mine, and the brain food ones are my coworker's.
A green horned monster on a round cake. The horns are plastic pieces from a discontinued design. The monster's tongue drops down the side of the cake. "Raveyard" A disco ball moon shines down on three skeletons with glow sticks dancing in front of their graves. "Fried egg & brains" Half of a round cake laid on its side. The cake is decorated like the folds of a brain, and an egg is piped on top with crushed sprinkles for pepper. The entire thing is spattered with red gel drip. "Taco Tuesday" A brain serves as the taco shell. The usual ingredients of shredded lettuce, diced tomatoes, cheese, and sour cream are simulated with frosting. Two plastic spiders are on top. This cake is also splattered with red drip.
