I am so lucky to have my wife and my kid. I have struggled so badly with talking to both of them and opening up and being present in their lives. I have learned that its okay to share how i feel and to ask for help in any task

How do you balance and have healthy friendships? Im struggling right now because I truly miss a few friends but I also want new friends. I thought never having friends would be a good call for my personal life but idk anymore.

I started therapy a few weeks ago. I am finally understanding so much of why I am in the place I am and its such a relief.
