Love his politics or dislike his politics, the guy did the work to get elected (rather than being the anointed "next in line") and now it's time to see what he can do for both the people who elected him AND the people who doubt him.

NYC has always been described as the melting pot of America. It makes me happy that it's living up to its name by electing an immigrant who has taken every opportunity afforded him and fought for more. Not just for himself and his family, but for every human he can help.
