Here is my favorite bit of the f major scale patterns i run daily at 70 - 120 bpm at ten bpm increments.

This is120 bpm

Down 7 (locrian) up 1 (ionian) down 6 (aeolian) up 2 ( dorian) down 5 (mixolidian) up 3 (phrygian) down 4 ( lidian ).
Then
Up 1 down 2 up 3 down 4 up 5 down 6 up 7 : reverse.
